Write a server concept your team can explain
Do this
- Name the players you want to serve and the experience they come for. Describe one enjoyable session, not a shopping list of scripts.
- Write three promises you can keep, including how staff treat players. Choose what you will deliberately leave out of the first version.
- Discuss this one-page concept with your team and a few prospective players. Record the changes you make and explain which requests you cannot support.

- One page describing your players, purpose, first session and boundaries.

- A teammate can explain the concept in their own words and name the first experience to test.
