End User License Agreement

1. This Agreement

This End User License Agreement (“EULA”) is a legal agreement between you and KGA TECH FZ LLC, a company registered in the United Arab Emirates (“we”, “us”), governing your access to and use of FiveM Coach by Quasar (fivemcoach.com), including all courses, videos, written material, source code, scripts, templates, configurations, downloadable resources, tools, and community features (collectively, the “Licensed Materials”). By purchasing, accessing, or using the Licensed Materials, you accept this EULA. It applies in addition to our Terms of Service and Refund Policy.

2. License Grant

Subject to your compliance with this EULA and an active, paid entitlement where required, we grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, and revocable license to:

• Access and view the Licensed Materials for your own learning; and
• Use the code, scripts, templates, and configurations we provide within FiveM servers and projects that you own or operate (or operate for a client), in object or source form, as part of a functioning product.

3. Restrictions

You may not, and may not permit any third party to:

• Resell, sublicense, rent, lease, share, or redistribute the Licensed Materials, in whole or in part, including reselling or repackaging code, scripts, or templates as standalone products, template packs, or educational content;
• Share your account, login, or access with anyone, or allow more than one person to use a single entitlement;
• Reproduce, publicly post, mirror, stream, or distribute paid course content, recordings, or downloads outside the platform;
• Use the Licensed Materials to build, train, or operate a competing course, coaching, or educational offering;
• Scrape, bulk-download, reverse engineer (except where that restriction is prohibited by law), or circumvent access controls, paywalls, or rate limits; or
• Remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or proprietary notice.

4. Ownership

The Licensed Materials are licensed, not sold. All intellectual property rights in the Licensed Materials remain the exclusive property of KGA TECH FZ LLC and its licensors. Except for the limited license in Section 2, no rights are granted to you, whether by implication, estoppel, or otherwise. Code you write yourself in your own projects remains yours; the components, templates, and materials we supply remain ours.

5. Third-Party Components

FiveM, its frameworks (such as ESX and QBox), and certain dependencies are owned by their respective owners and governed by their own licenses and terms. Nothing in this EULA grants you rights to any third-party software, and you are responsible for complying with the applicable third-party licenses when you use them alongside our Licensed Materials.

6. Termination

This license is effective until terminated. It ends automatically if your entitlement lapses or if you breach this EULA. On termination, you must stop accessing the Licensed Materials and delete any downloaded course content, recordings, and unmodified templates in your possession. Code already deployed into a live project you own may remain in that project, subject to the restrictions in Section 3.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Licensed Materials are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability, and non-infringement. Code and templates are educational examples; you are responsible for testing, securing, and maintaining anything you deploy. We do not warrant any particular result, ranking, revenue, or outcome.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, KGA TECH FZ LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, revenue, or profits, arising from your use of the Licensed Materials. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Governing Law

This EULA is governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, and disputes are subject to the dispute-resolution and jurisdiction provisions of our Terms of Service.
