Return & Refund Policy

1. All Sales Are Final
FiveM Coach by Quasar is a digital product. Access to courses, community, live sessions, downloadable code, templates, coaching, and development hours is delivered immediately and cannot be returned once granted. For this reason, all purchases — including subscriptions, subscription renewals, lifetime purchases, one-time products, add-ons, and Enterprise development hours — are final and non-refundable, except for the narrow, evidence-based review described in Section 3.
By completing a purchase and accessing the platform, you expressly request immediate performance of the service and acknowledge that, to the extent permitted by law, you lose any statutory right of withdrawal or “cooling-off” period once access begins.
2. Our Commitment: Results, Not Refunds
Instead of money back, we stand behind your outcome. If you do the work and follow the program as directed, our commitment is simple: we keep working with you until you reach your result.
If you complete the required modules or development engagement and still have not reached the result we agreed on, we will continue to coach, review, and support you at no additional cost until you do. This commitment replaces a cash refund and is the remedy we offer for dissatisfaction with results.
3. Limited Evidence-Based Review
A refund will be considered only where you submit verifiable evidence demonstrating all of the following, within 14 days of the original purchase:
- You completed at least three (3) full course modules within the platform — or, for Enterprise development, you completed a full and uninterrupted one (1) week of the scheduled, mutually agreed development engagement;
- You followed all coaching guidance, recommended steps, and action plans exactly as directed; and
- Despite the above, you achieved no measurable progress toward the specific result you stated at the start.
Module completion, engagement, and coaching guidance are tracked. Because outcomes depend on the member doing the work, the burden of proof rests entirely with the requester. Any request that does not meet every condition above with clear, verifiable evidence will be declined. Approval is at our sole and reasonable discretion, and our decision is final.
4. No Refunds on Subscription Renewals
Recurring subscriptions renew automatically. It is solely your responsibility to cancel auto-renewal before your renewal date if you do not wish to continue.
- Renewal charges are non-refundable under any circumstances, including forgetting to cancel, not using the platform, or not being aware of your renewal date.
- We do not pro-rate, partially refund, or credit any renewal period, and we do not cancel a billing term mid-cycle for a refund.
- Your renewal date is shown in your account at all times. Managing it before it bills is your responsibility, not ours.
5. Situations That Are Never Refundable
No refund, credit, or chargeback is available for, among other things:
- Accidental, mistaken, duplicate, or “wrong plan” purchases;
- Change of mind, buyer's remorse, or dissatisfaction that does not meet Section 3;
- Failure to use, log in to, or engage with the platform;
- Failure to cancel a subscription before it renews;
- Accounts suspended or terminated for breach of our Terms or EULA;
- Results you did not achieve without completing the work as directed.
6. Cancellation
You can turn off auto-renewal at any time from your account page. Cancellation stops future charges only. It does not refund the current or any past billing period, and your access continues until the end of the period you already paid for.
7. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
If you have a billing concern, contact us first. Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting us is a breach of these terms. We reserve the right to contest such disputes using our access logs, module-completion records, and engagement history, and to immediately suspend or terminate the account and forfeit any remaining access.
8. How to Request a Review
To request the Section 3 review, email [email protected] within 14 days of purchase with:
- Your account email and Discord username;
- Date of purchase;
- Evidence of the modules / development week you completed;
- The specific guidance you followed and the result you did not reach.
We aim to respond within 5 business days. Approved refunds, if any, are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
9. Your Statutory Rights
Nothing in this policy is intended to exclude or limit any right you have under mandatory consumer-protection law in your jurisdiction that cannot lawfully be excluded. Where such a non-waivable right applies, it prevails over this policy to that extent only; otherwise, this policy applies to the fullest extent permitted by law.
