Tebex compliance and refunds
Setting up a store is the easy part. Staying in business means handling refunds, chargebacks, and the rules of the platform and the wider FiveM ecosystem. This lesson is the sober follow-up to store setup: the policies and habits that keep your store open and your reputation intact.
Run a compliant store
Publish a clear refund policy
State your refund window and conditions before purchase: digital goods are often non-refundable once delivered, and you decide and publish the policy. One caveat: a blanket "no refunds" line is not automatically enforceable everywhere. Some regions grant consumers a cooling-off period, and a few keep limited rights even on digital goods unless the buyer explicitly waived them at checkout. Write the policy to respect that rather than pretend it does not exist. A written policy you can point to still defuses most disputes.
